This year we will be meeting at Malvern St James Sports Centre from 10.00 to 11.30 on both a Tuesday morniing and a Thursday morning. The maximum group size is 20. We will have at least three courts available to us. Currently the Tuesday group is fully subscribed - but there are vacancies in the Thursday group. Please e-mail me if you want to play on a Thursday
The group is suitable for those who have played the game before (albeit some time ago) or who have experience of tennis or squash. On the other hand it is not suitable for reasonably accomplished badminton players whose needs can be catered for by the different badminton clubs in the area. Basically it is a ‘middle of the road’ grouping. We will only be playing doubles, either mixed, men's or women's. You will need a racket (although you can borrow one for the first session) and shuttles will be provided. The charge per session is £2.
