SGM (25th June 2024)
A special general meeting (SGM) was held on Tuesday 25th June 2024 at 2.00pm at the Malvern Cube, Albert Road North, Malvern, WR14 2YF. All financial members received formal notification of the meeting by email, or by regular mail, if they have not provided an email address. Voting
If you will not be able to attend the SGM in person, but would like to vote for the motion, then you may nominate a proxy. To do so, you must send either a completed proxy form (the preferred method) or an email to the Secretary. If an email, it should clearly show the following information:
- Your name and U3A membership number
- The name and U3A membership number of your proxy (if you wish, this may be the Chair)
- Your voting intention for the motion
These must be received EITHER by the Secretary before 5.00pm on Thursday 20th June OR by hand to the Chair by 1.55 pm on the day of the meeting. See the bottom of the proxy form for details.
