This is a National Trust property, so please remember to bring your membership card.

It is home to the Lucy family, who migrated from France after the Norman Conquest in 1066. Their wealth came from land and good marriages! Queen Elizabeth 1 visited the estate in 1572 and in 1757, Capability Brown created The Cascade. There are many other historical links including links to William Shakespeare and his plays.

The House opens at 11.00 am and there is a cafe serving hot and cold food.

Following our successful visit to Bletchley  Park, we are planning a return trip by popular demand.  Discover the exploits of the WW2 code breakers and see the Enigma and other code breaking machines. Also explore the Heritage Site.

If you came on the previous trip and have kept your ticket, you will be able get free entry to Bletchley Park, please ensure you bring your ticket(s) with you.

Departing from Malvern Splash at 08.30, arriving at Bletchley at approximately 10.45, after a comfort stop.

Returning at 15.30 and arriving back in Malvern at approximately 17.45

Join us for another exciting day out with Tim Bridges, visiting various small villages and churches around the Bridgnorth area. The provisional plans for the day are to visit a couple of churches in the morning in Quatt and Quatford, before stopping for lunch in Bridgnorth.  Then visiting churches in St Leonards and Morville in the afternoon.

Departing from Malvern Splash at 08.45 and returning to Malvern at approximately 17.30.

We have been offered the opportunity to have guided tour of Upton upon Severn, by the local tourist office.  The tour would start with an introductory talk at the Pepperpot Tower, followed by a a guided walk around Upton and a visit to the Tudor House Museum.  There would be an opportunity to have lunch at one the many pubs in the town and a walk along the riverside.

There is no charge for the guided tour. We would not arrange coach travel to Upton as the tour can be arranged for small groups of visitors.
