This group will be for Shibashi - a sequence of 18 gentle movements suitable for beginners. They can be done standing or seated.
Additional 10 Week Course: this course will also take place at Guarlford Village Hall. Wednesdays 3.30-4.30pm (ie. Directly after the regular weekly group class). Starting September 16th 2026 and ending 25th November 2026. There will be no class on 28th October. Places will be offered to Waiting List members first before the general membership.
