We meet every Monday from 09.30-10.30.

This yoga class is taught by a qualified yoga instructor, teaching a gentle and restorative form of yoga known as Hatha.
We practice fairly slowly and there is plenty of time to understand what you are doing. I offer modifications where necessary to enable you to get the most out of your practice, for example working from a chair for some of the postures. The class will include a series of postures, relaxation and a short meditation. The group is suitable for those who have practiced yoga before and complete beginners.
Please note this is not a specific 'seated yoga' class. For this class, you will need to be able to lie on the floor and get up and down from the floor unaided.
