Keep Fit

We meet every Wednesday of the month from 10.30-12.00 at St Andrews Church Hall.

The Keep Fit Group is for both sexes, and is run by a qualified physiotherapist. It consists of basic keep fit exercises, rather than Pilates, Yoga or Zumba activities. When attending you should bring an exercise mat or large towel, appropriate clothing and lace-up shoes.
Because of the large number of members, Keep Fit has two groups: Group A {surnames from A-M inclusive) and Group B (surnames from N-Z inclusive) which alternate weekly.
The first session is on Wednesday 10 January 2018.
